If your package's tracking has not been updated for a few days, it is possible that the package has gone missing while in transit. In such cases, we will promptly contact the courier to gather information about the issue and the latest status of the shipment. We will work with the carrier to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
In the event of a lost or damaged package, we will offer a replacement or provide a store credit refund that you can use to repurchase the items. -

Candle Fragrance Oils

Our fragrance oils are measured and sold by millilitres (mL), not by weight.
We make sure that all bottles are filled completely to the brim! This way, you get the exact amount ordered, or sometimes even a little more!
You may find that the oils weigh less in grams than the same volume of water. This is because oil is less dense than water, e.g. 500mL oil weighs less than 500mL water. You can try this at home with your cooking oil!
Our fragrance oils all have different compositions, so their weight will vary but the volume stays the same as labelled.
Each bottle is sealed after filling, so no liquid can evaporate or escape. This ensures that you receive the correct amount of fragrance oil and it stays fresh for you to use! -
Our fragrance oils are created in tandem with different perfumers that we work with from Singapore, US and other parts of the world.

Our fragrance oils have been specifically tested for use in reed diffusers and candles. The formulation of the fragrance oils may not be suitable for use in electric diffusers.
If you would like to get scents for your electric diffusers, we recommend that you check out our diffuser oil blend scents that have been specifically curated for that purpose.

The fragrance typically lasts for 18 months. However, if it is sealed and properly stored, it can remain usable for 2 to 3 years.
It should be stored in a cool place (ideally room temperature) away from direct sunlight for optimal preservation.

The lead time is 4 months, and the minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 10 liters.

Our fragrance oils are phthalate free!
"Phthalate-free" means that a product or material does not contain phthalates, which are chemicals commonly used in various consumer products. Phthalates have been linked to potential health and environmental concerns. By labeling a product as "phthalate-free," it assures consumers that the product does not contain these potentially harmful chemicals.They are also Paraben-Free and Formaldehyde-Free.

Fragrances are made using a combination of natural and synthetic ingredients. The color of a fragrance may vary from batch to batch because of the differences in natural materials used, like where and when they were harvested. This is completely normal, and it doesn't affect the quality of the fragrance.

At the moment, we are currently still in the midst of testing our fragrance oils for use in soap and body products and will provide the recommended percentage usage on each individual’s scent page once it is ready.
Candle Making

Our fragrance oils offer a range of scents and are recommended for candle-making at a usage rate of 6-10% of the total wax weight.
Each fragrance oil has its own unique scent profile, ranging from floral and fruity to woody or aromatic notes. Test batches are advised to determine optimal fragrance strength.

The prices on our website are already at wholesale prices. However, we do recommend you to join the scent supply club, where you get to earn points for each S$1 spent.
The higher your membership tier is, the more discounts vouchers you get that you can use.

Return and Exchange Policy

Thank you for choosing Scent Supply. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
You have 3 working days to return or exchange an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/sealed and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Send us an email about your request for refund/exchange.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days
Please do note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
