Can I ship fragrance oils internationally?

Yes, you can ship fragrance oils internationally. However, there are certain restrictions and guidelines to follow. Each package can contain a maximum of 5 liters of fragrance oil. It's important to comply with international shipping regulations and check with the destination country's customs policies regarding the importation of fragrance oils. Additional documentation or fees may be required.

What shipping method do you use for my order?

For local or domestic, we primarily use J&T Express as our shipping couriers due to the better rates we have negotiated with them.

For international, we use DHL Express.

How long does it typically take for orders to be processed and shipped?

We make every effort to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Once your order is received, we typically require approximately 1 working day for processing. However, please note that we only fulfill orders from Tuesday to Friday.

Do you offer free shipping for certain order amounts or promotions?

Unfortunately, we do not offer free shipping due to the heavy weight of candle wax and candle vessels combined with their low price. Operationally, providing free shipping would be challenging to administer.

However, we understand that local wax delivery costs can be significant, and we value every bit of savings for our customers. That's why we are pleased to offer self-pickup option.

Do you offer local pickup options for customers in a specific area?

Yes, we do offer local self-pickup options. You can pick up your order at our warehouse located at:

We offer daily pickups and there are no specific pickup hours. Please note that once your parcel is ready for pickup within 2-4 days, we will contact you with the necessary information. If you have any further queries, please feel free to reach us at +65 8129 8381.

Can I change my shipping address after I have placed an order?

Unfortunately, once your order is placed, we typically process orders quickly, making it difficult to amend delivery information. However, please reach out to us as soon as possible through our messaging system, and we will do our best to assist you.

How do I change my delivery information?

Can I cancel or modify my order after confirmation?
