Guests become candle artisans, customising their own scented masterpieces with a wide range of fragrances, colours, and decorative touches. Our bar offers versatile branding opportunities, ensuring a cohesive and impactful presence at your event.
Participants will have the opportunity to choose their preferred scent from a range of 8 to 12 options, ensuring that they receive a candle that aligns with their personal taste.
Customers can personalise their candles to match their individual preference to design a candle that perfectly suits their unique style and taste.
We offer the opportunity to create custom sticker designs to allow attendees to take home a personalised candle jar as a lovely event door gift.

Event time: 7pm + standard package
5 - 6pm: scent supply co team setup booth
6 - 7pm: guest arrive + booth timing
7 - 8pm: scent supply team make candles while event is happening
8 - 9pm: pack up by scent supply team
We were invited by Meta to their office for their Christmas event, where they had three vendors, including our soy candle making workshop. The event was specifically organized for the staff to participate and enjoy during their Christmas celebration. Considering the time constraint, we prepared the candles in advance at our studio before the event.
At the workshop, the staff had the opportunity to choose their preferred scent from our selection. We provided them with packets of dried flowers and crystals to decorate their candles, creating a personalized touch.
The entire process took around 5 minutes per person, resulting in a successful and enjoyable event for all.
We had the pleasure of being invited to Wayne and Priscilla's wedding at Gardens by the Bay, where we set up our soy candle cart. As guests typically arrived earlier to mingle around before the 7pm wedding, we opened our booth at 6pm to offer a delightful experience.
The candles served as the door gift for their guests, aligning with their sustainable approach. Guests had the opportunity to select their preferred scent and find their seats for the wedding. During the event, we crafted the candles for them, adding a personalized touch. After the wedding, guests returned to the booth to collect their beautifully crafted candles, each adorned with a custom sticker designed by the bride and groom featuring their names and wedding date.
The feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with many considering it a unique and memorable gift, allowing them to take home a scent that truly resonated with them.
