Fragrance oils are synthetic or natural aromatic compounds used to add scent to various products, such as perfumes, cosmetics, candles, soaps, lotions, and other personal care items.

Our fragrance oils are a blend of synthetic and natural oils to come up with the wide variety of scents that we have!

Can I use these fragrance oils in my diffuser?
Our fragrance oils are concentrated to ensure that the scent can show up well in products such as perfumes or candles.

These fragrance oils are not best formulated for diffuser use. Please visit our sister brand Scent Staples for scents that are lighter and specifically formulated for diffuser use.

How long does it take before you ship out the item?
For orders within Singapore, once the order is placed, we typically ship the item out within 2 business days.

Once the courier receives the parcel, the shipping is not within our control anymore. However, for shipping within Singapore, delivery usually takes 2-4 days.

Do you offer self pickup?
Yes, we do! Once the item is ready, we will drop you a message to advise on the pick up details.

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes we do! We have an arrangement with our international shipping courier. Their rates are slightly more expensive, but we use them as they can ship fragrance oils, which are typically very complicated to ship.

Do you provide refunds and exchanges for your fragrance oils?
Once bottled, our fragrance oils are sealed to give our customers assurance that they have not been tampered with.

To allow for this, there are no exchanges or refunds for our fragrance oils. If you are unsure as to whether you will like a scent, or if it will work well in your products, we recommend for you to buy a 10ml sample to trial before committing to a larger size.
