We do offer 100g samples of the EcoSoya Advanced Soy Wax. we will only ship it to people who have placed orders with us. If you would like a sample to test, kindly add this message to your order comments and we will try our best to fulfill it. Samples are only given based on availability and are not promised, though we will try our best to fulfill it.

The price of soy wax has risen significantly and coupled with rising shipping rates, it didnt make sense for us to continue carrying a lot of different soy wax ranges anymore as the cost was too exorbitant for us to continue selling it. 

We are currently only carrying eco soya advance and golden wax 464. Eco soya advance is one of the waxes that we use during our candle making workshops. We do like using it because it has a very smooth cure and strong scent throw.

Our cotton wicks are pre tabbed. Our wooden wicks come with the metal tabs too but they are separate from the wooden wick and have to be attached by you. To do so, slide the edge of the wooden wick into the metal tab and center it.

You would need to identify the candle vessel you are using first. Once you have that, measure the inner diameter of the candle vessel. Then, you can check out our wicks tab and find a candle wick that has a similar burn dimeter. You would want both the inner diameter and burn diameter to match up so that your candle has a good burn.

Our fragrance oils are measured and sold by millilitres (mL), not by weight.

We make sure that all bottles are filled completely to the brim! This way, you get the exact amount ordered, or sometimes even a little more!

You may find that the oils weigh less in grams than the same volume of water. This is because oil is less dense than water, e.g. 500mL oil weighs less than 500mL water. You can try this at home with your cooking oil!
Our fragrance oils all have different compositions, so their weight will vary but the volume stays the same as labelled.
Each bottle is sealed after filling, so no liquid can evaporate or escape. This ensures that you receive the correct amount of fragrance oil and it stays fresh for you to use!

Our fragrance oils are phthalate free! 

"Phthalate-free" means that a product or material does not contain phthalates, which are chemicals commonly used in various consumer products. Phthalates have been linked to potential health and environmental concerns. By labeling a product as "phthalate-free," it assures consumers that the product does not contain these potentially harmful chemicals.

Our fragrance oils are created in tandem with different perfumers that we work with from Singapore, US and other parts of the world.

Our fragrance oils offer a range of scents and are recommended for candle-making at a usage rate of 6-10% of the total wax weight. Each fragrance oil has its own unique scent profile, ranging from floral and fruity to woody or aromatic notes. Test batches are advised to determine optimal fragrance strength.

We do offer scent samples, which are patches that we drip fragrance oils on so that you have an example of how they smell like. However, if you would like to test the scent throw in your candles, we recommend getting the 10ml sample size fragrance oil instead.

The prices on our website are already at wholesale prices. However, we do recommend you to join the scent supply club, where you get to earn points for each S$1 spent.

Fragrances are made using a combination of natural and synthetic ingredients. The color of a fragrance may vary from batch to batch because of the differences in natural materials used, like where and when they were harvested. This is completely normal, and it doesn't affect the quality of the fragrance.

Our fragrance oils have been specifically tested for use in reed diffusers and candles. The formulation of the fragrance oils may not be suitable for use in electric diffusers. If you would like to get scents for your electric diffusers, we recommend that you check out our sister site, scent staples! The fragrance oils here have been purposefully formulated to be used in electric diffusers and ceramic burners.

At the moment, we are currently still in the midst of testing our fragrance oils for use in soap and body products and will provide the recommended percentage usage on each individual’s scent page once it is ready.

Yes you definitely can! Our fragrance oil range has been curated in such a way that most of the fragrance oils work well to blend with each other.

The fragrance typically lasts for 18 months. However, if it is sealed and properly stored, it can remain usable for 2 to 3 years.

Store the fragrance in a cool place for optimal preservation.

The lead time for customization is 4 months, and the minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 10 liters.
